Our story
Daily Bistro started as a corner bakery with one oven and a short list of breads. Neighbors kept asking for breakfast, then for lunch, and the kitchen grew one dish at a time.
How we cook
We buy from nearby growers and mills when we can, bake in small batches and keep the menu short, so everything on it is made fresh that day.
The team
A small crew of bakers and cooks runs the place. Most of them have been here since the first year, and they will happily tell you what is best today.
